We ship almost entirely via Priority Mail or Express Mail (USPS) and UPS.
International orders are shipped primarily (Priority Mail) by USPS. International customers are encouraged to place and order.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24 hours.. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for mail orders.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with an item, please return it within 14 days. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging for refund or credit. If you receive a damaged or broken item, send an e-mail ([email protected]) us as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging materials. We will credit your account or send you a new item (as you prefer).
The ArtReco will refund your online purchase if you return the Britto items to the address below within 30 days of the order date.

Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an online order placed with ArtReco, you must contact at [email protected] within 24 hours. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, as long as it has not shipped yet.
In case your order has not shipped, you will receive a full refund. Please note that, if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
